When Tyler and Jackie were ready to buy their first home together, they found the real estate process frustrating. For Tyler, owning a place of his own was already a meaningful milestone. The experience made him think seriously about the kind of help people need along the way.

He founded Henson Team with that experience in mind. The point was to give people the guidance he had wanted and to recognize that buying or selling a home is a big moment in someone’s life.

For buyers, that may be deciding what a home needs to do for everyday life and which compromises make sense. For sellers, it may be understanding the work ahead before choosing a timing or price strategy. An estate or a property with acreage brings another set of questions about the house, the land and how you hope to use them.
